Contact the event producer or event organizer

Note: For queries about a specific event (and its associated tickets, promotional codes, etc.) please contact the event producer. The EventsPass team is unable to assist with queries of this nature.

Option 1) Navigate to their event ticketing page.

1. Click 'Event Information' in the menu at the top left of the screen. 
   
2. Click the 'Organizer Information' tab on the page.
3. Scroll down until you can see the 'Organizer Contact' details box.
   

Ticket holders will always have access to the producer's email address for events where EventsPass is the ticketing provider.

Option 2) Locate their contact information in your EventsPass order confirmation email

Alternatively, the ticket purchase confirmation email will also list the event producer's contact information, per the example below.
