Customize your ticket confirmation email
Follow these instructions to amend the details of the email that your customers will receive when they purchase tickets to your event.
From your dashboard, click the 'Tickets & Registration' tab. Then scroll down and click the 'Manage' tab'. Then click the 'Ticket Email Text' button.
Your email customization page will load. Please adjust the settings and copy to your needs.
- Headline. Input your desired email heading here.
- Header Image. Upload a header image to your email (recommended dimensions are 700x200 pixels)
- Message. Input a message for your ticket recipients.
- Turn off Ticket Links. When enabled, the tickets will not display in the ticket confirmation email. Customers can only access their tickets by clicking the 'View all tickets in browser' (internet connectivity required).
- Turn off Ticket Email. If enabled, customers will not receive any confirmation email after successfully purchasing their tickets. Customers will be entirely dependent on you, the event organizer, to share the tickets with them.
- Hide QR Code from Email. When this setting is enabled, the ticket confirmation email will not display the QR code. The customer will need to downloadthe tickets, or click 'View all tickets in browser'.
Click 'Save' once you are satisfied with your setting and copy, and the process is complete.
Below you will find a ticket confirmation email example. Each number corresponds to the settings available to you above.
- Headline.

- Turn off Ticket Links. When enabled, this entire ticket section will not display. Customers will need to click the 'View all tickets in browser' to access their tickets.
- Hide QR Codes from Email. When this setting is enabled, the email below will not display the QR code.
Note: if Turn Off Ticket Email is enabled, the customer will not receive this email at all.
