Export a log of every scan that has occurred for your event (via both CheckIn and LeadGen)
Open the 'Registered Attendees' menu.
Click the 'Export Scans' button.
When prompted, save the file to your local computer.
In this report, each row represents a scan. Details about the scan include the Ticket ID scanned, date and time of the scan, mode of the device performing the scan (including CheckIn vs. LeadGen), name of the scanning device, mac address of the device and personal details of the vendor (if the scan is from LeadGen).
