Export a record of all customer 'Ticket Option' responses (the options chosen and answers to associated questions)

Open the 'Registered Attendees' menu.



Click the 'Extract ticket options response' button.



When prompted, save the file to your local computer.

In this report, you can view the Ticket Option selections for all customers, the customer check-in status for your event along with all registration form responses (for any questions associated with the selected Ticket Option).

Note: The report format is one row per selected Ticket Option. This means a single Customer ID or Ticket ID can have multiple entries in this export (with one row for each Ticket Option).
