Export all customer data from your event
To export all customer data from your event:
- Login to your EventsPass account, and select your event
- From your event dashboard, click the 'View Attendees' button under the 'Registered Attendees' tile.
- Click the 'Actions' button
- Click the 'Export all registered customers' button
- Input the date range of the data you wish to extract
- Click 'Download CSV'
- Save the file to your computer
Note: to export all on-site physical ticket sales only, follow the steps above, except choose 'Export all tickets sold on-site' at step 4 instead.
