How can I track the lead performance/activity of my booth staff?

Whenever you download or export your leads, the export will contain a column identify the 'device' name. This is how you can track the activity/performance of your booth staff.

The 'Device Name' field is using the name of the device from within your device settings (it is not a setting within the LeadGen app). If it is someone's personal device, then it is likely whatever they have named it. If it is a rental device, then you may wish to record the device name, prior to handing out the rented devices to your booth staff.

TIP: To view a 'Device Name' in iOS: Settings > General, then tap About.
