How will an EventsPass transaction show up on my banking institution?

Generally, the description on the statement from your banking institution will show some combination of "EventsPass" and the name of the event.

For example, an event with the name The Portland BBQ & Grilling Fair will most likely display as follows on your financial institution description: EventsP*ThePortlandBBQ

Right before completing checkout, you will be shown an example for the event you are purchasing tickets to (see below example).
