I have forgotten my password / how can I reset my password / how can I change my password?
Note: EventsPass password requirements are as follows: between 9 and 15 characters, including uppercase, lowercase letters, numbers and special characters (min 1 uppercase, min 1 lowercase, min 1 special character and min 1 integer). Allowed special characters are: #, $, @, !, %, *, ^, ?, ~ and `.
To
retrieve your username, go to the inbox of the email in which you originally
signed up to EventsPass (or in which you signed up to use with the event you
are participating in). Your username is usually your email address. Look for the ‘Welcome to EventsPass’ email in your inbox
and spam folder. This email contains your username. If you are unable to locate
this email, please contact the EventsPass team and let us know which event you are participating
in, and we will retrieve your username. To reset your password, visit https://www.eventspass.com/#/forgotPassword and follow the prompts. You will then receive a notification to your account email address with further instruction.
To change your password (if you know your existing password), please log in to your account at
www.eventspass.com, and change the settings from your profile (see below).
