Vendors are invited onto the EventsPass LeadGen system only once an event
organizer has partnered with EventsPass for their ticketing and registration
needs.If your event has partnered with EventsPass, then please check your
emails, including your spam folder, for an email from us.
Below is an example of the email you might
expect to see.

I cannot see my upcoming event when I log in to the LeadGen app
Please make sure you followed the steps to set up your account from the LeadGen invitation email. If you cannot locate this email, please check your email spam folder. Your event will not show up in the LeadGen app until your form is ‘ACTIVE’.
