Leave notes, comments or ratings against each of your leads

To view an individual lead and their responses, while logged in to your event in the LeadGen App, tap the ‘View’ button against the corresponding entry.

This will load the contact information, including answers to your form questions (if applicable) and any notes related to this record. To add notes or rate the quality of this this lead, tap the ‘Edit’ button.

You can then type in notes in the  ‘Notes’ field as required, or provide a score for this lead (e.g., the quality of the prospect) under the  ‘Score’ field. Once updated, tap  ‘Submit’ to save.

   

TIP: Notes and scoring are a great way to keep track of your lead quality and any extra information they may have shared with you during your event. This information is only ever visible to you.
