Manage vendor LeadGen accounts (view no. of custom questions, form price, no. of leads, view leads, edit forms, manually create forms)

To access the LeadGen administrator view (so you can see how vendors are performing with their accounts):
  1. Login to your EventsPass account and select your event
  2. Click the 'Event Management' tab
  3. Click the 'Vendor Options' tab
  4. Click the 'Manage LeadGen Forms' button
You will be shown a summary of all draft and active LeadGen forms:



Here you can do the following:
  1. Review which vendors have active LeadGen packages
  2. Review the no. of leads captured by each vendor
  3. View a summary of the leads captured by each vendor (click the 'Leads' button under the 'Action' column)
  4. Edit the form details (click the 'Edit' button under the 'Action' column).
  5. Switch to the vendor summary view (click the 'Manage Vendors' button)
  6. Manually create a vendor form on behalf of a vendor (click the 'Add New Vendor Form' button)
Note: please do not edit existing vendor forms without prior consent from the vendor. Editing a vendor form without their permission could impact their on-site performance.
