Manually check in an attendee without scanning their ticket


Find your customer or ticket record, by searching from the main event view search box in the CheckIn app. You can search by customer name or Ticket ID.


 


Tap on the appropriate row from the search results to load the detail view for that ticket or person. Then tap ‘Check-In’. When prompted, confirm that you wish to manually check-in this person or ticket by tapping ‘OK’.






Your manual check-in is now complete. You can now return to the main event screen by tapping ‘Back'.
