Modifying an individual ticket holder’s detail from CheckIn

Find your customer or ticket record, by searching from the main event view search box in the CheckIn app. You can search by customer name or Ticket ID. When searching by Ticket ID, search using the first four to five characters.

 

Tap on the appropriate row from the search results to load the detail view for that ticket or person. Then  tap ‘Edit’ to amend the registration details for that person or ticket.  Make the necessary changes by editing the various fields on the screen, then scroll to the bottom of the page,  tap the button to accept the Privacy Policy , then  tap ‘Save Registration’ and the details will be updated.
