Search for an individual ticket holder or Ticket ID from CheckIn

Search for an individual ticket holder or Ticket ID from CheckIn

Load your event in the CheckIn app. From the main event view,  tap the search box.  You may then  search by the customer’s name or the ticket ID . Type in your search query and then  tap ‘Search’ . Results will then display. If there are no results, then no records were found with your search query.

When searching by  customer name , the app will search with the customer's first name and last name fields.

When searching by  Ticket ID , the app will only search the ‘Ticket ID’ field. You may search for only the first four or five characters within a Ticket ID to find a record.

Note: A ticket ID appears as a string of 32 letters and numbers (example: F468E8E0-0B88-4F22-B504-C65EFA305F99, which has been used in the example below).
