Search or filter your promo codes
Follow this guide when you need to search for a promo code, or to filter your promo codes based on a specific criteria.
Instructions:
Log in to your EventsPass account and select your event
Click the 'Tickets & Registration' tab
Click the 'Manage Promo Codes' button and your promo code search and filter page will load (below).
From here you can:
- Search using the search box (search by promo code label)
- Filter by
- Promo code effect
- Promo code type (single-use vs multi-use)
- All promo codes vs. redeemed (used) promo codes only
- Active vs. inactive promo codes
- View the details of a single promo code (by clicking the corresponding 'View' button under the 'Action' heading)
- Disable the promo code by clicking the 'Set Inactive' under the 'Action' heading (or vice versa, to 'Activate').
