There are two ways to share individual tickets that you have purchased, with the friends, family, and colleagues whom you plan on attending the event with:
Complete the ticket checkout process, then click 'Send to friends' on the confirmation screen (if the event organizer has chosen to enable this)
Share tickets from your EventsPass ticket holder account (if the event organizer has chosen to enable this)
Instructions on each method are outlined below, including what it will look like for the recipient.
Note: The ticket sharing options below are only available if the event organizer has chosen to make this available for their event.
Complete the ticket checkout process, then click 'Send to friends' on the confirmation screen
Continue through the ticket checkout process (including making payment, where applicable) until you reach the final 'Thank You' page below.
From here, scroll down to see the options for sharing tickets.
For each ticket, choose the sharing method you wish to use. You may have the option to share via SMS (text), email, or neither depending on how the event organizer has configured their event.
Once you are satisfied the details are input correctly, click the 'Send Tickets' button. The ticket(s) will then be shared with the recipients by your chosen delivery method.
Share tickets from your EventsPass ticket holder account
From your account dashboard view the event which you want to share ticket(s) from.
Click 'Manage My Tickets' to load the below view.
From this view, you will see a list of each ticket you have successfully purchased. To share with a friend, family or colleague, click the 'Share Ticket' button and follow the on screen prompts.
Note: when you share individual tickets, the ticket will disappear from your account as soon as the recipient claims the shared ticket. Until they are claimed by the recipient, the ticket(s) will remain in your account and show as 'Pending'. Once claimed, the recipient will then have the opportunity to update the details registered against the ticket.
