The CheckIn app is struggling to scan tickets due to poor lighting or it being too dark. What can I do?
In this situation, it is recommended that you use the device in 'Hi Def Video' mode, which is available from your settings menu of your CheckIn app.

Note: This mode will cause considerably greater battery drain while in use.
