Why Does It Say My Credentials/Tickets are Being Withheld?

Why is there a hold on my tickets and/or credentials?

Common reasons an event organizer may enforce a hold:
  1. Tickets credentials not released until an account invoice is paid in full (most common reason)
  2. Event passes/tickets/credentials may be released at a specified date
  3. Tickets and credentials may go through a vetting process before they are released
This hold setting is set in place exclusively by the event organizer. If you feel that your account should not be on hold please contact the Event Organizer, via your primary show contact.

Note: EventsPass cannot modify the hold status of your account. This is managed exclusively by the event organizer.

Where can I see if there is  a hold on my tickets and/or credentials?

 Typically these notices will be posted in 3 places:

1. On your vendor portal dashboard, below the show name.
   

2. After completing your ticket / credential order.















3. When accessing the "manage credentials / tickets" section of the vendor portal.
