On-Site Troubleshooting Guide: The LeadGen App

This guide will address very common issues such as:
  1. General App Usage
    1. Can’t sign into app
    2. Scanner does not register a ticket at all in the viewfinder / won’t scan
    3. Scanning device lost internet / connectivity
    4. Scanner (camera) does not show up / it is just a blank screen
    5. The device is running out of battery
    6. The app is performing poorly, is slow or something is wrong with the layout of menus and buttons
  2. LeadGen Lead Scan Mode
    1. I am unable to change my form custom questions
    2. When I view my leads, I just see a string of random letters and numbers, instead of their contact details
    3. I cannot see all my leads / where did my leads go?
  3. LeadGen Redemption Mode
    1. Customer unable to load/find their ticket options or vouchers (FOR DIGITAL ONLY) 
    2. Customer unsure if they have any vouchers remaining
    3. Cannot distinguish between their tickets and vouchers 
    4. Customer does not know which voucher/ticket to use
    5. When I scan tickets/vouchers, there is nothing available to redeem
    6. The customer’s ticket / voucher is scanning as invalid, or nothing happens on the app when I scan
