View a summary of tickets sold and individual transactions

At any time after launching your event, you can view a ticket sales summary, or view individual transactions from your EventPass dashboard.

To view a ticket sales summary, click the 'View Ticket Sales' button.

Alternatively, click the 'Actions' button, then click 'View Ticket Sales'.

Your ticket sales summary dashboard will be shown along with your most recent ticket sale transactions in the table at the bottom of the page.

To view an individual transaction, search for the transaction ID, billing name, email, or promo code used. Once you have found the appropriate transaction, click the corresponding transaction ID link to bring up the transaction details.

The transaction details page (below) is divided into four sections:
  1. Billing and payment information
  2. Transaction details
  3. Individual ticket details (purchased with the transaction)
  4. Action buttons

In each section of the ticket details page, you can access various functionality, outlined below.

1. Billing and payment information
  1. View custom billing information
  2. View payment method (incl. last 4 digits of credit card)
  3. Modify billing information (including the billing email and billing contact number)

2. Transaction details
  1. View transaction details, including any associated taxes (excluding fees)
  2. View the types of ticket(s) purchased

3. Individual ticket details (purchased with the transaction)
  1. View the types of ticket(s) purchased (one per row)
  2. If the ticket is registered, view the 'Customer ID', with a link that will take you to the customer record
  3. Download the QR code for an individual ticket ()
  4. Download an individual ticket PDF ()
4. Action buttons
  1. Re-send ticket. This will resend the ticket confirmation email to the customer.
  2. Download the invoice associated with the transaction
  3. Re-generate tickets.  Regenerate a customer's tickets when you have made changes to ticket design, information fields, event dates, ticket name or any other detail that has been changed regarding the ticket. This 'refreshes' the ticket information, while keeping the same ticket barcode. After seeing the green success message, you can then download the re-generated tickets, and send them to the customer(s).
  4. Re-generate and send tickets. As above, but this function will automatically send the re-generated tickets to the customer's email once complete.
