View or edit the details of an individual customer (e.g. updating details, downloading their ticket, manually check them into event)

Update a customer's details or registration information

From your event dashboard, open the Registered Attendees summary.
Search for the appropriate customer name, customer email, customer ID, or ticket ID in the search box.
Under the 'Actions' column, click 'View' on the appropriate row.
The registration information page will load for this customer.
Click 'Edit' and edit the customer information as required.
Click 'Save' once you are finished editing.




Download a customer's ticket

From your event dashboard, open the Registered Attendees summary.



Search for the appropriate customer name, customer email, customer ID, or ticket ID in the search box. Under the 'Actions' column, click 'View' on the appropriate row.


The registration information page will load for this customer. Under the 'Actions' heading, click 'Download Ticket' to download the ticket as the customer would have received it, or alternatively click 'Download QR Code' to download only the ticket barcode associated with the ticket.




Manually check-in a customer to your event (from your dashboard)

From your event dashboard, open the Registered Attendees summary.



Search for the appropriate customer name, customer email, customer ID, or ticket ID in the search box. Under the 'Actions' column, click 'View' on the appropriate row.

The registration information page will load for this customer. Under the 'Attendance' heading, click 'Check-In' to begin the manual check-in process.


When prompted, select the day of your event that you wish to check this customer in on, and select the scanning location that you wish to mark this customer as having attended through. Then click 'Check In Ticket'
