When I view my leads, I just see a string of random letters and numbers, instead of their contact details.

The random letters and numbers are likely the customer ID. Your app may need to sync with the EventsPass server. This can occur in locations with poor mobile connectivity, or when mobile networks are congested with many users (e.g. a busy conference or exhibition). There is no cause for alarm. Simply wait until your app can sync, or wherever possible, join to a local Wi-Fi connection.

 If you lose internet connectivity during the event, do not worry! If you are logged in to the app, any scanned leads will remain saved on your device until your phone can find a connection. Just make sure that you do not delete the LeadGen app (or clear the app cache) before you have had a chance to connect to the internet. The next time you log back into your LeadGen app, your leads will sync to the cloud (or you can manually request this by tapping the ‘Sync’ button).
