IMPORTANT: Please share your LeadGen account login details with all staff who will be using LeadGen scanning devices at your event. Please do so at least 3 days before your event commences, so your team has adequate time to set up any scanning devices they will bring (such as their own smartphone).
Quick Instructions:
- Find and download the LeadGen app in your Android or iOS app store by searching for 'eventspass leadgen'
- Sign in using the same login details from your Vendor Portal
- Once your events list loads, tap on your upcoming event to load the scanning home screen

Detailed Instructions:
If using an iOS (Apple) device, download the LeadGen App from the iOS app store by searching for ‘EventsPass LeadGen’.
If using an Android device, download the LeadGen App from the Google Play store or by searching for ‘EventsPass LeadGen’ in your app store.
Note: the process on Android is the same as the example shown below on iPhone.
Sign in using the same details you used when you set up your LeadGen form.
Note: You require internet connectivity to sign in to the LeadGen App.
From the ‘Open Events’ screen, tap your upcoming event where you are using LeadGen.
This launches the home screen (dashboard) for your upcoming event.
