How can I be sure my transaction went through? How do I finalize ticket payment?

Your ticket purchase process is only finalized if you see the 'Order Successful' page. 


Once you have finalized your purchase and you can see the 'Order Successful' page, the tickets will be emailed to your nominated email address in the next few minutes.

If the confirmation email does not arrive after 5 minutes, please contact the event organizer here for assistance.
