What is 'Redemption' scanning mode in the LeadGen app?

Redemption scanning mode is used when participating vendors (at an event with EventsPass ticketing) will claim Ticket Options, Coupons or Vouchers from attendees and ticket holders.

Examples might include:
  1. A food and wine festival, where attendees purchase 'credits' or 'coupons' that they can then redeem at vendor stands.
  2. A carnival, where attendees can purchase vouchers, that are then redeemable at the various rides and attractions at the carnival.
This functionality is only available when the producer of your event has agreed to its use. It is not available on demand.
