Which devices can I use CheckIn with? Are there any minimum software or hardware requirements?

EventsPass CheckIn is compatible with iOS (Apple) iPad and iPhone devices running iOS version 10 or newer.

Download the LeadGen App from the iOS app store by searching for ‘EventsPass CheckIn’.

Please note that there are no future plans to support EventsPass CheckIn on Android.

EventsPass CheckIn (for event organizers) should not be confused with EventsPass LeadGen (for event vendors/exhibitors). Read more about the the minimum software and hardware requirements for LeadGen here.
