Who do I contact if I have questions on-site?

To ensure you receive answers to your questions as soon as possible, please make sure to direct your questions about EventsPass and LeadGen to the EventsPass team, and not your event organizer.

You have multiple options to Contact EventsPass for support while you are on-site:
  1. When logged in to your event in the LeadGen app, you will have a 'Help' section available to you. Within the help section, you can:
    1. Search the EventsPass knowledgebase yourself to find existing answers to your questions
    2. Depending on your event, and selected LeadGen package, you may also have an option to open a live chat. Here you may be able to speak with one of our support agents in real-time, or if not, leave your name, email and a short message to which we will respond when an agent next comes online
