Check the status of all CheckIn scanning devices (device name, battery status, scan mode, first scan time, last scan time, current login status)

From your dashboard, click the 'Device Activity' button.



Your device activity summary will display. This refers to any devices which you have logged in to the CheckIn application for your attendee control onsite.

You can view the following:
  1. Name: Device name (from the iOS settings)
  2. UserName: The EventsPass username that is logged in to your event
  3. Company name: The company name of the user that is logged in to your event
  4. Scan mode: the most recent scanning mode that has been  selected on the device
  5. Battery status: remaining battery % on the device
  6. MAC Address: the unique identifying address for this device
  7. First scan on: date and time on which this device first scanned a ticket for your event
  8. Last scan on: date and time on which this device most recently scanned a ticket for your event
  9. Status: indicators whether the device is current in a logged in (online) or logged out (offline state).
